Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of product delivery.

  • The refund initiation will begin only after 1 day of your request submission.

  • Refunds are applicable only for genuine reasons, such as:

    • Damaged or defective products

    • Incorrect item received

  • You must provide clear product images as proof to support your claim.

  • You must share a Unboxing video of product along with the image .

How to Request a Refund

  3. Images showing the issue with the product

  4. Your contact details

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours of receiving the email and update you on the status.

Non-Eligible Refunds

We do not accept refund requests for:

  • Change of mind or wrong size selection by the customer

  • Requests made after 24 hours of product delivery

  • Used or damaged products not caused by delivery or manufacturing issues

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.
